Artware and Main Street Oneonta are hosting two Ornament Workshops for children in grades K-6. The workshops will be held this year at Main View Gallery and Studios (a program of the ARC Otsego) which is located at 73 Main Street on the corner of Fairview and Main Streets.
Children will make two ornaments each – one ornament will be hung on the Holiday Tree in the Muller Plaza; the other is for the child to take home.
Pre-registration for classes must be made by calling Artware at 432-0679. Class size is limited. The one-hour workshop will begin promptly at 4 pm.
Which days are the workshops being offered? I don’t see the date in the above article.
I heard there was a workshop for ornaments for childern,and wreath making for adults this weekend at the Wilber Mansion if so can yoy tell me the day and times and who I have to call to sign up. Thanks
Yes, the Arts Council is holding a workshop for different age children to make ornaments, and adults to make natural willow wreaths. There is a $35 fee for children and $50 for adults. The time is from 1-4 pm. Date is December 5th. Call UCCCA to register at 432-2070.
